Holy macaroni, I've been working on my comic for nearly months straight with no breaks. i never thought I'd willingly do hatching but I low key fell in love with it. If you like this you should check it out when it comes out (probably early next week). It'll be on webtoon, called Whisper of a candle!!!

So I’m watching Beowulf: Return to the Shieldlands and I have Thoughts:

• so far has fuck all to do with Beowulf as far as I can tell

• the lead looks about as much like Aragorn as they could afford 😂 but sadly acts about as well as a wet bag of sand

• the plot is like game of thrones lite but with worse cgi

• actually no one can act. It’s just bad.

• Ed is so hot I might set fire but I wonder where he got his hair gel in olden times?

• these peasants sure are clean. There’s a lot of clean-shaven dudes and ladies with obvious mascara

• the smithy girl would not be making big arse swords with those noodle arms.

• wait I think Ed is gonna take his clothes off

• aww he took his clothes off off-camera. Damn you fade to black sex and pg13 rating 😂

• Huh I didn’t know Ed saying “murderer” could be sexy but apparently it is 🤔

• that thatched roof sure let’s in a lot of light

• absolutely zero tension created by threatening to kill the main character in the first episode when they obviously aren’t going to

• oh man a love triangle between Beowulf, Ed and some woman? Ugh

• Ed on a horse is something that can be very sexual, actually

• yes lady just stand there and watch the monsters fighting each other, definitely don’t use it as a way to escape you fucking idiot

• okay Ed’s character and Beowulf need to fuck and get the UST sorted 😂

• I’m on the second episode and I don’t give one shit about anyone except Beowulf’s chaotic neutral maybe ex-murderer bestie and Slean (Ed)

• the plot is both boring and confusing at once. It really is trying to be Game of Thrones and failing

• Ed is doing some kind of an accent and I’m not sure what it is

• he sure looks nice with a big old sword tho

• the cinematography is weird. Not good weird.

• Episode 3 has WHUMP! (Excuse terrible pics of my tv)
