Film Review | Togo (2019)
I loved this. I had just recently read up about Togo and it’s pretty insane that Balto got such a crazy disproportionate amount of media attention, when Togo and Seppala’s sled team completed 8 times as long of a journey with the diphtheria serum.
I thought Williem Dafoe did a great job as the human anchor, but I was continually surprised at the level of performance the dogs brought to the movie. On par (maybe better), than Homeward Bound - Togo was a real star. The film is chock full of jaw-dropping cinematography too; some beautiful sepia tones and wonderful landscape shots.
Definitely worth your time on Disney+ if you’re already tired of Star Wars marathons 😉
