Spell to have sweet dreams

- Rosemary.

- Anise seeds.

- Lavender.

- Dandelion.

- Clear Quartz.

- Amethyst.

Put all the ingredients inside a bag or a jar, including the sigils.

Take your time to meditate, you can recite a spell if you want.

Before going to bed take a chamomile infusion with some milk and honey. Put the bag under your pillow and sweet dreams!! ✨

Sleep Jar Spell

Here is my first sleep jar spell! I used an old bath oil bottle for it. Also there’s a peep of my altar in the background~

For this I used:

sea salt - for protection

rosemary - for sleep, protection, and mental clarity 

thyme - for dreamless sleep (ya know, to keep any possible nightmares at bay)

lavender essential oil - for peaceful sleep

sleep sigil

purple yarn - to bind the spell and for inner peace

blue candle wax - for the calming and protective properties

When you can't beat 'em...

Ok so most witches have met some nasty spirits. Personally I have a spirit that kinda ... attached itself to me. Problem is it's a hellova lot stronger than me and I can't seem to banish it.

LUCKILY this bitch is asleep 90% of the time. One time he took a nap for a few years. So when it was asleep a made a spell jar to keep it that way, at least until I can banish him.

This is what it looks like:

It's got:

- Lavender ( I associate with sleep)

- Amethyst (Also sleep)

- Moonstone (you guessed it, sleep)

- Nail/iron (Weakens spirits)

- Black salt (weakens spirits)

- Mirror shards (reflects how it leeches energy from me)

- Ash (this spirit is connected to fire so I associate ash with him being asleep)

- A few sleep sigils made on sigil scribe that are specific to this spirit

Every now and then I add stuff and charge it with my own energy but yeah. When you can't beat 'em, use their weakness :)
