“Have you eaten yet?”: A common phrase between them, almost like saying ‘I love you’. Yes, they both love food, but it’s that soft care--- a subtle way of saying I care.

Late night drives: Late nights in general are a theme between them, regardless of when in the timeline you’re looking, but late night drives are their thing.

Silent embraces: Is the longing, the pining that’s always tied with them. Back when they weren’t together, they often found themselves seeking comfort one way or the other. Hands brushing, head on the shoulder, hugs that linger a little too long...they never dared to say anything thinking the moment would disappear like water over cotton candy. Even after they got back together, they still enjoy those quiet little moments.

Mr. Hashiba..” Surprise melts from her freckled features, and in its place? The radiant glow of an enthused grin.            “Is this for me? How thoughtful of you!” With a jovial squeal, she reaches out for the teddy bear and holds it to her chest, giving the soft trinket a warm hug to show her appreciation. “Oh, he’s just adorable, thank you, darling..” One hand is pressed to her cheek, as if to supress the warmth and colour that is beginning to radiate from it. Yes, it’s a small gesture, but it evokes happiness all the same. “He’ll stay right on my bed. Gosh, you should have said something! I would have gotten something for yourself..”

         she shifted in the bed next to him, instead of moving to lay back against his side renae swung a leg over him to sit on his stomach. her long blonde hair was in messy waves over her shoulders and down her back, a simple pair of black short and loose fitting tank top. the strap of it kept falling down over her arm.

          “ you would miss me even if i was just in the other room? ” renae leaned forward and over him, pressing hands on either side of his head. across her plump lips one of her rare half smiles came through. “ big baby. ”
