For the first question: Physically or psychologically?
Physically I would currently like to have a fully sized refrigerator. Psychologically, a general sense of purpose would be appreciated with a dash of less anxiety.
As for the second question, I’m not sure if I have one right off the top of my head. Instinct tells me Margo Channing’s dress from All About Eve.
But if you’re looking for something you can actually buy, something like this might be nice.
