Alright clan ideas I’m not sure if I’m gonna use these yet but if I do I’ll use my already standing ocs for em

Arborclan- similar to thunderclan, proud and strong-minded. Cats in this clan live in a dense forest with massive trees which surround an abandoned clearing. Cats in this clan are large to match their ego and are excellent climbers as well as effective strategists. They can navigate the forest well and their dark pelts blend with the rich bark of the trees. They often have dens in woven branches and bramble.

Covenclan- similar to shadowclan, very tight-knit and secretive. Cats in this clan live in a bog and are very susceptible to floods, making them good swimmers and climbers. Some dens are hollow trees while others are stacked logs. This clan is full of dark-furred cats that blend into the moss and murky waters. The mystery of Covenclan gives them a scary reputation, as no other clans know much about them, other than they seem to merge with the bog water around them.

Heathclan- similar to windclan, open yet defensive. Cats in this clan have made dug-out dens alongside the small hills in the vast moorland. The hills provide security for the camp as it is hard to find for outsiders. These cats are lithe, extremely fast, and have a lot of stamina to get over steep hills. While these cats have slim frames, they often have long claws and use their speed on the battlefield.

Sleetclan- similar to riverclan, boastful and elegant. Cats in this clan are surrounded by streams and are covered in ice during cold seasons, giving them long, sleek pelts and a skill for swimming. Some dens are cluttered rocks, others are placed behind a waterfall that runs besides their camp. While their pelts are long and sometimes heavy, sleetclan cats use their weight and swimming skills to get around in a fight.

Fawnspots, she/her, medicine cat of SleetClan

Fawnspots is kinda a bit stressed. Her relationship to the other medicine cats is strained and she’s having a hard time with her job. She tries to be nice but often comes off cold or snappy. She’s critical of Hopstar’s leadership decisions, feeling as though they lack the drive to take direct action and that they aren’t cultivating SleetClan’s standing in relation to the other clans enough to keep them safe. Despite her disagreements and criticisms, Fawnspots stands firmly and unwaveringly with SleetClan, and is doing her best to keep them standing in the face of potential destruction.

I find Fawnspots so dang hard to draw for some reason. It’s something about her face that I just can’t recapture from the original drawing. I actually ended up taking the headshot I already had of her and pasting it onto this picture because I couldn’t get the face right lol.

Sorrelheart, she/her, deputy of SleetClan

One of my favourite ladies! Sorrelheart is aggressively cheerful and is often rather intimidating in how outgoing and talkative she is, but once you get to know her you get used to it. Sorrelheart has some Strong Opinions on clan politics, and if she senses someone talking politics she'll be debating them before they even realise what's happening. And she's far from being all talk—she will happily back up her arguments with her claws if it comes to that. Despite that, she's quick to build friendships with cats in other clans, and has plenty of cats that enjoy hanging out with her at gatherings. She works surprisingly well with SleetClan's leader, Hopstar, despite the two of them having wildly different energies and approaches to problems. Hopstar tempers Sorrelheart's wild energy with a more reserved and pensive mindset, whereas Sorrelheart is there to keep up on current news and to push Hopstar into action when they stall. She might come off as too brash and unthinking with her openness, but don't let that fool you, Sorrelheart is one of the sharpest cats in the clans. She's clever and tactful, and perfectly able to conceal her intentions when the situation calls for it.

Hopstar (they/them), leader of SleetClan.

Hopstar is the strong silent type, rather quiet and reserved. They're leading SleetClan through a rough patch at the moment and doing their best to stay strong for the clan. Hopstar tends to come off as putting a good deal of faith in hoping that things will turn out well, without taking much direct action; something that frustrates their medicine cat, Fawnspots, immensely. (Not so much their deputy though, surprisingly enough. Hopstar and Sorrelheart compliment each other pretty well and work great together with minimal tension or conflict.) Hopstar is willing to do a great deal of compromising to keep SleetClan afloat, and rarely resorts to violence or shows of strength (in part because SleetClan is pretty puny compared to the other clans lol).
