Young Slender explains to Trollhunters gang

Jim: So you said you were a Slender right?

"Yes."

Jim: What exactly is a Slender?

" Like I said before we are beings of the forest... I guess the easiest way to think of us is like the Fae creatures in English folklore. We are a branch of those ancient creatures most humans refer to as fairies. "

Toby: So like can you grant wishes!

"* you burst out laughing at his childish assumption* No. I can't grant wishes, I'm not a genie and neither are the Fae. Your question comes from a very Hollywood representation of the creatures if I'm honest your lucky I'm not my father or I would have been very insulted."

Toby: Awe!* he looks down sad* Sorry.

"There's nothing to apologize for I know you meant well by it."

Claire: So are there a lot of you that live in Arcadia's forest?

"No, I am the only one that lives here. Our kind is very territorial and I am old enough to claim an area as my own. My culture is strange when it comes to our habits. We like having big families, but don't like being around a lot of other Slenders that are not of blood. We have laws that prohibit the trespassing of one Slender on another territory. Come to think about it, I'm pretty sure a breach of territorial law was how my Father and mother wond up togeather. In honesty, the Slender culture is just a bunch of rules and customs. But that's a Story for another time."

[Fan Art] Splendorman (Quick Reference)

Ah yes I've finally managed to pull together a decent finished piece. I've had this traditional sketch sitting around for a while and got the energy to complete it today~! It's really amazing, a real win for me. Anyways, I'm glad I finished up Splendor's design~

**Edit: It's actually really hard to properly draw any kind of Slender's anatomy/ proportions.

Reference Notes:

-Wears a mask of unknown material.

-Tendrils are pierced with bells.

-Rarely ever withdrawls the tendrils into back (Theorized that they could get stuck)

-Very gentle, soft, sweet character.

-IS RARELY EVER HYPER!

[OC] Hine Sketch Dump

Over the past couple months I've been working on Hine's backstory. He had a pretty bad mary sue story to begin with and now... wowee it's amazing! Thanks to the help of my good ol Bf @flannelRaptors That guys a wizard I tell you oh man haha. Anyway, so as you can see I've numbered each of the sketches above and now to write a corresponding description~ 1.) Hine was not allowed to leave medical care for a while after uhhh receiving some unwanted surgery and impromptu body part replacements. Get the damn guy some gummi worms!! 2.) If Hine wanted to leave he needed to start wearing coverings over his eyes er, eyelessness. Therefore bandages were brought into the equation! He was unsure about them to begin with.

3.) A calming smoke break was needed for the day. Someone accidentally got Hine into smoking. Oops.

4.) Hine is TOTALLY 100% mentally stable... totally....

5.+ 6.) Hine has some MAJOR booboos. Ow.

7.) After a wily blood transfusion some after effects occurred, sudden growth spurts anyone??

[SlenderTime]

Oh wow, I've managed another personal artwork in under 24hrs, seems as though I'm getting my groove back. I was recently introduced to watching AdventureTime and oh many that show has quite the tale of two stories, one hiding in the other. The humour is amazing and the characters are actually the most layered and developed I've seen a while. There's also quite an interesting tale hidden behind the bright colours and loopy art style.

But yeah, I decided to draw Hine (Slender's Proxy) with Slender in this art style because hell it's fun to draw in~
