Maybe he was getting soft, maybe he was getting more jagged, either way what little tolerance he had towards bullies had eroded over time. Bigger kids throwing their weight around and ganging up on the smaller kid. Ridiculing, knocking them around-- kids like that needed to be put in their place before they turned ugly, got a taste for it. Tossing his bag near a fire hydrant, he headed towards the pack.

Something connected hard to the back of his head, causing a sharp cry as he turned on the assailant. “What the hell was that for?” Ishida stood there, another stone in hand, looking like he was considering tossing it too. A back step towards the bullies, Ishida lined up the second shot. “Stop it-- what’s the big idea?”

An extended digit was his answer, Ichigo following the direction in time to see Chad looming over the offending children. They were quaking in the shadow of him, even as he doted on the sniffling victim.

“You don’t always have to resort to brute force.”

“You’re the one throwing stones,” he snipped, catching the second missile before it connected. “But I guess I see your point..”

Appearing on shows to promote their idol group was a common occurrence for the members of Revance, and while Iori didn’t mind them, even he had to admit he was starting to feel a little tired from the promotional tour. Thankfully, today they were on a filming set not too far from home, this was the most refreshed he’d felt in days and it left him in a great mood - even if no one could really tell.

“Are you also a guest on today’s show?” Iori asked the woman as he clipped the microphone to the lapel of his jacket, feeling good-natured enough to even start a little small talk while they waited for production to start.

alsO oUR KIDS HAVE DONE A LOT TOGETHER AND IT MAKES ME REALLY HAPPY TO SEE THEM DO SO MUCH TOGETHER? its like they grew with us and its just so sweet to see what they’ve achieved despite my spottines s KJFAS you’ve been nothing but patient and kind to me and always pardoning my tardiness and enabling supporting me and my bad ideas be it with plots, muses, you name it.  

we’ve done a lot together and just like you’ve been there for me, it applies the other way around. you’re one of those nostalgic friends and I hope u always remember how much you mean to me. even when life gets in the way, u get it -- I get it -- we’re there for each other when we can and we come together for the sweet, sweet,, bittersweet plots in the end. thank you for being here still, never stop being a sweetheart and just a good friend to not only me but everyone else who knows you and will know you. xoxo
