ETHNIES OF THE WORLD : Slavic ethnies part 1 !
The Slovenes or Slovenians are a South Slavic people inhabitants of the country of Slovenia. They speak slovene. They are catholics. There are about 2 to 2.5 millions of them.
The Hungarians are a South Slavic people inhabitants of the country of Hungary. They speak hungarian. They are mainly catholic. There are between 14.2 to 14.5 millions of them, and around 1.5 millions of them in the United States.
The Slovaks are a West Slavic people inhabitants of the country Slovakia. They speak slovak. They are catholic. There are about 6 to 7 millions of them, and 700 000 of them in the United States.
The Czech are a West Slavic people inhabitants of the country of the Czech Republic. They speak czech. They are christian, but many are irreligious. There are about 10 to 12 million of them, and 1,4 million of them in the United States.
The Silesians are West Slavic people inhabitants of the region of Silesia, officially in Germany Poland and the Czech Republic. They speak Silesians, but many of them speak Polish, German and Czech. They are christian. It is unsure how many of them there are in the world, but around 900 000 of them declare the Silesian nationality.
