My friend liked it when they heated the door handle on such a snowy winter day. 1️⃣House-made spaghetti with oxtail ragu: ⚫️⚫️⚫️⚫️⚪️ The chewy spaghetti, together with the rich flavoured oxtail, made multiple levels of chewing experience. 2️⃣Broken pasta bean soup: ⚫️⚫️⚪️⚪️⚪️ Maybe it's personal, but this soup kinda reminds me of my college dining cafeteria. 3️⃣Slow braised beef:⚫️⚫️⚫️🔘⚪️ Well cooked beef, that I could feel it's "melting" once you put it in the mouth. But my friends felt it got plain when he tried to finish the whole dish. 4️⃣Filet: ⚫️⚫️⚫️⚫️🔘 The filet was perfectly cooked, with crispy skin and soft inside. Meanwhile that sour-tasted beans made the fish even more interesting when you eat them together. 5️⃣Mistura tiramisu: ⚫️⚫️⚫️⚫️⚪️ I liked the crunchy topping with the smooth cream.
