Tonight's meal!
Baked salmon marinated in and topped with sweet Thai chili sauce, fried rice (sweet onion, carrot, yellow/orange/red bell peppers, scrambled egg, a splash of salt, and red pepper flakes), and finally brown sugar coated baked pineapple rings.
First time attempting fried rice, I should have cut the bell peppers and carrots smaller like I did with the onions.
