Gigantification + Sludge Body perhaps?

New Quirk Name: Sludge Monster

This Transformation type Quirk allows the user to take on a large mass of green slime in a humanoid shape. This form is rather large, being twenty five feet tall. This enhances the user's strength and durability, especially making them far more resilient to kinetic attacks. The user has a minor control over their body while in this state. They can try to stretch themselves out to grab something, try to compact their body to make them even denser, or wrap part of their body around something they touch. This mixed with the user's density can potentially let the user capture others in their body. This gives the user an amazing Quirk for defense, able to tank whatever the world tries to throw at them. They can bulldoze their way through attacks, trap enemies inside their body, smash their way through defenses, pull in allies to protect them from harm, or just belly flop on top of their enemies to hurt them. Though major damage could force the user out of the form, seemingly getting launched out of it. Trying to morph their body will make them more vulnerable to attacks. The user's size can be an issue, such as accidently getting objects or people caught in them or just making them a massive target.

Don’t know if you do vs matches still but what about the sludge villain vs muscular?

I still do talk about fights. They can be anything in canon or involve characters from other franchises if you want, though results may vary on both. Not sure why you're pairing these two against one another, though.

Realistically, Muscular has a big advantage. He was able to handle a fully powered Izuku, whose attacks could very well blast Sludge Villain apart. However, Sludge Villain could try to take over his body. If anything, the extra muscle padding should make it easier to take Muscular over, letting Sludge Villain slink into his body without him noticing and potentially even controlling the extra muscles. He also doesn't have any counters to the possession. Unless he can flex so hard that he explodes Sludge Villain out of his body, there's not much he can do. Especially since Muscular may be one of the dumbest fighters in this entire series. I could easily see him beating up Sludge Villain, thinking he got him, and then immediately getting taken over afterwards. Now, is this a likely outcome? Who knows. I'll just say that Sludge Villains Wins. Because to me, the mental image of Muscular beating himself up is too good to pass up.

Hey Quirkwizard, I'll get straight to the point this time. What if the Sludge Villain was in the Sports Festival? How would he fare in the different parts of it and how would his fights go? Thanks in advance and hope you are doing well.

And I hope you are doing good as well. Oddly enough, out of all the characters, this is the one of the few I consistently think about, so thanks for asking about it.

He does pretty well in the race. He could easily slither around the massive crowd and the giant robots to get a head start. Then he'd coil around the various tight ropes. The minefield could be a serious issue, but he could always try to piggyback another person or extend parts of his body out to test the area. Then there is the Calvary Battle, which he'd do good in as well. As the rider, he could constantly morph himself around to avoid the headband from getting stolen and engulf his teammates to keep himself grounded and protect them. It'd be like if Dark Shadow were the rider of the team.

As for the fights, Sludge Villain does a pretty good job, mostly winning via grapple. Tetsutetsu and Kirishima can't really hurt him and are in a really bad spot with how close they need to get. Sero and Ibara can't really get a good grip on him to tie him up. Aoyama can't output enough consistent, wide spread to take him down. Iida is more likely to slip up than push him out of the ring. Uraraka can't do much either, as I think that "Sludge Body" would work a lot like "Sandstorm" with contact Quirks. And I really don't think Bakguou could do much, even if he knew he was fighting the Sludge Villain given his power at this point.

It's a coin flip for Shinso and Momo. Sludge Villian could win against them, but it depends a lot on his personality and whatever Momo can cook up to try and counter the sludge body. The same goes with Tokoyami. I think it'd be pretty hard to get around Dark Shadow, but I doubt Dark Shadow could put out the damage to really to Sludge Villain down, effectively stalemating. We know that Mina is a hard counter to him and could easily win, though she may not go that far in a setting like this. Denki, Shoto, and Izuku are all pretty certain victories, shocking him unconscious, freezing him in ice, or simply blowing him to pieces again.

Going with the second one since I think "Clones" and "Double" are too similar to do a Quirk Marriage around.

New Quirk Name: Molded

This Emitter type Quirk allows the user to make a gelatinous substance from their mouth. This substance will then turn into replicas of the user, making up to twelve in total. The user has a general understanding of the current condition and movement of their copies. The user can shift and combine these clones together into a greater myriad of shapes like clay. This can come in a variety of forms, like extending out limbs or sprouting out wings to fly around. This makes the clones quite resilient, with the user being able to heal them back into place if they wish, and make more if they are lost. The user can combine these clones together to give them a greater amount of resources for a single target. This gives the user a versatile ability, allowing them to make ever-shifting and swarming squadrons. They can adjust their copies as the situation calls for it, shift them all into a giant form to battle others, augment their copies with new appendages, augment their copies with various parts, or simply have them around to help out the user. However, the further these clones deviate from the user's original form, the less cohesive and stable they are. This makes them weaker and more difficult to maintain, especially if the user tries to fix them or bring them back together.

New Quirk Name: Swamp Sink

This Transformation type Quirk activates whenever anyone comes into contact with the user. When they do, they can cause the target to morph and sink into them, similar to getting stuck in mud, causing no change to the user's body. This can be used on any number of objects, seemingly getting sucked into this deep swamp. The user can grab and pull objects from their body if they wish, such as making a knife come out of their elbow and hold it in place. This can affect people as well, getting them stuck inside the user, though they can attempt to claw their way out of them. This can be activated automatically, greatly reducing any harm done to the user by people and objects. This gives the user a versatile Quirk, able to make whatever they wish sink into them. They can hold foes and allies alike inside their body. store items inside of them for later, tank attacks from their foe, augment themselves with different items, or just treat their body like a backpack. Though damage to the user can cause them to eject items on accident, it doesn't help them against any non-physical attacks. The user can still be harmed by objects inside of them, such as a bomb, though at a reduced rate. The user cannot take in anything bigger than themselves.

So I have several questions about the sludge villains quirk if all for one stole it, cause we saw in a flashback how stealing mutant type quirks doesn’t transform him automatically. One, if he tries to activate it would he emit sludge from his body that would surround him and let him control it like a mech or would it transform his body into sludge. Two, could he partially emit/transform the sludge like only affecting his arm or does mutation style quirks being completely activated. Three, if he gave the quirk to someone else would that person be transformed constantly or would they get partial control like all for one has.

So when we comes to Mutant type Quirks, the Quirk does become active when All For One first gets it. We see this when he steals "Fierce Wings" from Hawks and he has the feathers on his back before he deactivates the power to get rid of it. The flashback you are was merely him exchanging the Quirks between two people, not fully taking it on himself. If he used it, it would change his whole body into sludge, effectively acting like a full body transformation like "Beast". Which could cause him to lose out on his ability to take and give Quirks since his hands are formless slime. And if he gave it to someone else, they would become a horrific slime monster just like the original user. Just because the Quirk is stolen, doesn't mean that it changes how the Quirk works. The only way I could see it being a partial change or him controlling the slime in any other fashion is if it uses it with other powers to somehow achieve those affects.

New Quirk Name: Shift Shape

This Transformation type Quirk allows the user to take on a semi-amorphous form. While it still resembles the user's human body, but is far more flexible and pliable. The user can then apply themselves to items on contact with, letting the user apply them like they were part of their own body. This is done through the user spreading themselves out over an item or pulling it into themselves, altering their amorphous body to match whatever is stored inside of them. The user can apply this to mix and match items as well, like binding together a knife and stick with their body to make a spear in their arm. This gives the user an immensely versatile Quirk, able to integrate and mix up whatever they come across into their body. They can cover their body with weapons, pull together random junk into armor, use themselves to bind something together, mix things together to make all new problems, or simply enjoy the extra protection of their more malleable form. Though whatever the user tries to integrate themselves can beaten out of them, requiring them to gather it again or return them to normal, and they have limited mass with which to store these objects. This affect cannot be applied to people and whatever the user takes in can work against them, such as taking in a dangerous compound.
