oh god thank you I can't decide whether I want it to be halloween or christmas right now, but hell yeah, christmas! *-*

CHRISTMAAAASSS! I just love the coziness of christmas (and being free from work :P) - all the light, music, food, more food, movies, christmas specials of everything. yessss.

Halloween has never been a big thing where I’m from, so over here it’s always a very, very long wait till christmas (though... we do have Sinterklaas, which is pretty much an amazing holiday as well). I do love everything pumpkin though :P. I also may or may not have been browsing all kinds of pie recipes, hmmmmmm

Go big or go home :P. No but seriously. The first series is from 2013, so I'd hoped there would've been a sort of complete version. The bad thing is, that there's not even a part 2 for S1, so I still don't know how it ends. AAAAHHHH!!

I could live with it that they'd bring out the dvd in 2 parts, but not delivering on the rest, well.... eh, no thank you.

15. Five facts about your favorite book.

I have too many favourite books… so it’s really difficult to pick one :D. This time I’ll pick Lord of the Silver Bow by David Gemmell

It’s the first book in the epic Troy trilogy, a fantastic retelling of the events around the Trojan War

The main character, though overall good and likable, can be a real ruthless, merciless bastard

Virtually all of the women in the book kick major ass

A lot of historical events from the east Mediterranean area around ~1200 BCE are cleverly woven into this story. So it’s not solely about the Trojan war, but it also mentions and hints at ‘foreign politics’ from the Egyptians, the Hittites etc. Which is really cool for big nerds like me :P

THE CHARACTERISATIONS AND STORYTELLING ARE SOOOO GOOD (ok ok, maybe not necessarily a fact, but… the book is, for me, appealing enough in these aspects to be read over 4 times or so ;) )

I don't know if you like the genre but there are nice fantasy books written by T. A. Barron about the life of merlin as a child I don't know the english titles so I have to stick with this shitty description^^"
