aaaaand that’s it! i would liveblog the ending but there’s not much to see. just usagi standing by a lake all alone and sad until mamoru/tuxedo ramen goes to meet her. it’s cute and romantic and i quite love the song <3 but i think this ep has lasted long enough!!

so. that was my first liveblog! it was fun but it sure took a looot more work and time than i expected. i think that next time i’ll make fewer pauses… i don’t want you guys to miss anything but this 20 min ep has taken me like 10h…….. that’s a bit much.

about the ep: i quite liked it! it was fun and sweet and the characters were very endearing. i remembered a lot of stuff while i was watching it but it didn’t get in the way of my enjoyment and, in any case, the plot is predictable enough that it doesn’t matter. it did feel very much so like a filler episode…. i guess the whole “monster of the week” is the default in this show so i better get used to it. tbh i may have gotten bored if i had just sat down to watch this but liveblogging it made it so much more fun so! yay!

so far i really like usagi (she’s cute and obnoxious and endearing and pretty realistic) and i sorta like mamoru……. ? i’m not sure i need more data. luna is cute but kinda annoying and naru is v sweet! hopefully she’ll appear more. 

the thing i’ve enjoyed most is the art style tbh. it’s so delightfully 90s and so pastel-soft and sweet that it’s super pleasant to look at <3. i’ll definitely get mood whiplash once i switch to kekkai sensen hahahaha. which i said i would do tonight but i’m kinda exhausted so… we’ll see! 

so far i rate this ep a 7/10 (enjoyable and fun but nothing remarkable)
