Folge 117 und 118 war erneut ein Doppelteiler und ich muss schonsagen, wenn ich so überlege, ich da snice finde wie viele hier so ab Poni Island sind. Hatten erst die Folgen mit Meltan und jetzt zu einer Stadt, was ich so immer gut finde, zumal Malie City gut gezeigt wurde mit den Orten und dem vibe in Folge 1 und dann die Arena aus USUM UND Ryuki, den ich sehr cool finde, der aber underrated af ist.

Ich mag wie gesagt den vibe und Fogle 1 leichter Fokus auf die ganzen speziellen Pokémon wie Meltan, Shaymin und Nagisa. War mal nett die als Gruppe zu sehen, Meltan auch wieder kleine Szenen und ich mag genreell wie ebsonders Lana so auf dieses Ninja Theme steht. Ohne Witz, ist wieder so ne gute, kleine Komponente. Der Charakter als Guide ist btw auch sehr lustig, weil der halt mit seiner Art zu sprechen und so halt schon nett wirkt, hab den immer gefeiert. BELIUEVEE TIT, ob das ne Naruto referenz ist oder zu Ninja generell?

Wie gesagt, Lana sehr auf Ninja fixiert, hatte ein paar cool typische Lana Szenen mit den Shuriken, der Kampf war jetzt nicht so krass, aber doch nett mit Meltan und Bauz als Kombi wieder, Ryuki liebe ich und der VA ist auch gut. Hab damals schon die Szenene ditiert, wo er lauter wurde, weil dieser vibe so zu ihm passt. Und ja generell toll, dass diese Stadt so einen fokus hat

Kaum da fast Unfall, weil Nagisa halt so ein Dussel ist :D Shaymin hatte btw süße SZenen hier, obwohl es im Großen und Ganzen nicht so viel allgemein amcht, aber dennoch

Mamamne weiterhin Dialoge, die richtig relatable sind :D

Die Outfits aller waren btw echt toll. Lana ist so niedlich hier, Mamanewar cool mit seinem Hut und halt der Malie City vibe

Okay, das mit den Shuriken ist halt einfach typisch Lana, weil sie IMMER so extrem cool bei solchen Aktivitäten gezeigt wird. Sie haut da einfach 6 Shuriken raus, trifft die Mitte von 3 verschiedenen Ständen und dann als wäre es easy. Lana halt, und für solche Szenen ist sie imo das coolste Mädchen aller

Ryuki ist toll. Ich mag halt echt wenn der VA lauter wird, weil ich den vibe so cool bei ihm finde und da ich Ryuki eh mag, ist es noch besser.

The Mantine plush lacks things that make it a plush at first glance. There's no obvious seam line (Because the doll would have been 2 halves sewn together, and thus you wouldn't see many visible seam lines with that kind of pattern.) And in the world of pokemon, if we can have an episode with a giant Gulpin, we could have an episode with an impossibly tiny Mantine. (I suspect they took a mantine model, and used that for the 'plush', without doing much to make it a plush'. )

It’s an animated series. Not every ‘seam’ is gonna be visible in a plush. It’s in the exact kind of view to audience that you wouldn’t see a seam that isn’t between two different colors either.

The point also was, that people think it’s Nagisa’s friend. We’ve seen the size of the said friend. So the ‘mantine’ at Suiren’s house is way too small. And no other Mantine would be hanging out at Suiren/Lana’s house if that really were the case?

It’s even being squeezed here. Squeezed! It’s a plush. A stuffed toy.

I still remember people thinking the show opponent stuffed toys in SM092 were real Pokémon and badly animated lol.

Y’know, the battle could have been a tons better in SM118, but I had fun, esp. with subtitles since it let me know the exact dialogues. The episode was so self-aware, and on top of that, Mokuroh got to battle with Meltan, and oh boi do I adore the two. But yeh, my hunch was correct from yesterday: Meltan didn’t listen to Satoshi. Possibly because Satoshi ordered it to dodge but Meltan isn’t capable of that, so it used other means instead, and because it was mad about Mokuroh getting bitten so hard by Dihead? lol. Meltan’s got a lot to learn y’know?

Also, Satoshi should not let Meltan at his home, it’ll eat all of his badges and accomplishments! Oh god, imagine the nightmarish look in Satoshi’s eyes when he’d come home from some trip and had left Meltan at his house, only to find his badges half-melted..... oh god!

Also, I adore this plush so much!

Really don’t know how people think this is a real mantine, isn’t it way too small to be real guys?

....That would make a cute avatar too, aaah!

...Anywho, this episode was lots of fun for me, thou I admit I wish the battle was a bit better, as it sort of just ended with no leading to it.

Fav part? Suiren being so into ninjas and then being dissappointed at Ryuki’s reveal lol

And Mao just being confused like.... ‘Suiren????‘ Fsjhfsjhsf. Suiren, will I ever stop loving your characterisation?

....anywho. I’ll go continue my evening. Those are my small thoughts on the episode. Made me love Suiren even more lol.

Most shocking revelation in this episode is that Ryuki did the Ash Greninja theme. Ash Greninja needs to pay him royalties.

I had to keep my voice down from the shock, thou it wasn’t that shocking due to Guzzlord episodes to hear it again. But I love how Ryuki made the darn song canon. XD

That Mantine is a plush, it’s not a real Mantine! lol Clearly.

knowing that rowlet learned brave bird does this mean that it would've been a decidueye by now if it hadn't eaten that everstone. I also wondered if it is over trained compared to torracat.

Not sure why you’re calling Rowlet ‘overtrained’, it’s just a very high-leveled round birb. :D

Rowlet probs knew it would have to give up its favourite spot if it evolved so, it happily took the everstone lol. My theory on the case!

Also, not sure why you’d compare it to Torracat, because I find him high-leveled as well. It just evolved once instead of Rowlet. :D
