Scratching your neck thinking that there's a stray hair and finding that it is in fact Small Bug is among my Top 10 Least Favorite Mild Annoyances. And there's nothing to be done about it. For so long as there is a hair on my head and one of those hairs could happen to fall on my neck I am at risk of encountering the Small Bug.
