VJZEF creates stunning visual environmentes where forms and colours are at the center of his inspiration. With a unique style which blends traditionnal techniques such as hand drawn animation and other practical effects with digital technologies such as 3D rendering software and using video game engines for live playback. With a vast creative imagination, his visual performances are sure to astound by their unique approach to creation.

We are excited to have Jessica taking photos of the music, visuals, surroundings and whatever else she deems worthy at S.M.O.S.A.N series #9.
Originally from the Eastern Shore of Nova Scotia, now based in Montréal since 2005, Jessica has been honing her craft for the past 10 years. She completed a BFA from Concordia University in 2012.
Her work stems from a curiosity about people and interpretation of the environment in which we live. She often roams through urban settings seeking out tranquil moments in the outer edges and lesser-known quarters to create photographic studies of nature, quiet portrayals of the cityscape and portraits of people around her. Through imagery, Jessica explores the dual relationship of how we inhabit and interact with our surroundings, along with an interest in those specific moments when the ambiance resonates within, while the mind wanders and becomes a part of the setting.
