Life stuff. Yada yada
fought lavapot for the right to post a WIP there. I want to proudly share that I won (tho had to censor it a bit... oh well)
gonna finish it in couple days then post full version here :))
SLEPT AT 3 AM INSTEAD OF 6 AM THIS TIME
I did it.
I was fucking anxious. Like... I had every anxiety symptom in the book. In the minutes before my speech I almost started to cry.
But I did it!
I gave my speech in front of hundreds of people.
I even used my real name.
I talked about sexual violence and rape culture and people calling themselves feminists while supporting perpetrators and silencing survivors.
I told my story.
I told my truth.
I didn't let them silence me anymore.
I FUCKING DID IT!
My friends were with me the whole time and my family and other friends listened to my speech over the radio.
And I felt so strong.
I didn't cry. My voice didn't even shake.
I said everything I needed to say.
And I felt so strong!
I still feel so strong!
Giving that speech, not allowing them to silence me anymore gave me so much strength and courage!
I'm a strong survivor! And those disgusting abusers have no power over me anymore!
Small victory for today -
I had brought a frozen meal for lunch and then proceeded to look on DoorDash for about an hour on possible choices to order for lunch.
Ended up talking myself out of it and ended up eating my frozen meal, which was delicious because it was a sesame chicken bowl.
So that’s a win for me!
(I swear my tumblr is trying to gaslight me in making me think I didn't posts I swear I did)
BUT ANYWAY-
Ages ago I made a post about "What if Quixis was young when everything happened, it'd make sense with when Ic got their eye blood + how they act"
And I just wanted to say called it
Just finished a painting of Gerhard Fra and I succesfully mixed colors to get the right skin color. I feel on top of the world.
*Click the pictures since I couldn’t make them bigger for some reason.*
Don’t let the Israeli bot accounts spread misinformation! The ruling mentions nothing about Hamas. Hamas isn’t a state and wasn’t on trial or question during the ICJ court hearings. Israel wants to sway the narrative that it was, but it legally can’t since Israel occupies Gaza as an apartheid state. Hamas can’t be brought to a court of any kind because they’re not a STATE, meaning a Country.
Palestinians don’t have the right to self-determination and can’t even walk on the same fucking roads as the Settlers ffs.
Of course Israel will violate this order. They have no care for human rights, nor the hostages they refuse to accept back. They’d rather bomb indiscriminately with multi-ton warheads so they can “flatten Gaza” as they have repeatedly and publicly have said.
Do your own research, ya’ll. Don’t let the propaganda machine lie to you.
And yes, this is an Anti-Fascist, Anti-Colonial Settler, Anti-Genocide blog.
[ Image Description: Pictured in the first image is a screenshot from Twitter using dark mode is the a list of the ICJ's rulings. The numbers with dashes indicate votes that said Yay to Nay.
15-2. The state of Israel shall take all measures to prevent the commission of genocide to Gaza.
15-2 The state of Israel shall ensure that the military not commit any acts of genocide.
16-1 Israel shall take all measures to punish all public solicitations of genocide.
16-1 Israel shall take immediate and effective measures to address adverse conditions to life in the Gaza Strip.
15-2 Israel shall take effective measures to preserve evidence of actions impacting the Genocide Convention.
The second image is a screenshot listing the last ruling by the ICJ.
6. 15-2 Israel shall submit to the court a report of all measures taken to follow the orders of the court within one month.
