Our small town hardware store is so cute. It has creaky floors and a pressed tin ceiling and really does sell an impressive array of things. The owners work the store - they do everything themselves. And there’s a fat cat with a tiny head that lives in the store. They say she came with it 😂Honestly the only cuter hardware store I’ve seen is the one in Garrison - and I’m biased because I grew up there. I’m really glad we have this little place, but it always feels on the edge of closing. And that makes me sad. Support your local stores if you are able - you can see exactly who your money goes to, which is such a nice thing!
