Hails From: Alaska, United States

The Ice Climbers have a refreshingly simple concept, so they are mostly adapted without major changes. They're Inuit, so that greatly narrows down realistic birth places, and they have a built in career option, mountain climbing.

As for the stuff left up to interpretation, I decided to go with the angle of them being kids; it may not be true, but it's my alternate universe so my rules. I also decided to leave their relationship vague on purpose; maybe I'll hint at them more later, but I figure leaving them all on the table would be more entertaining.

Lastly, I wondered "How would they have so much free time to explore mountains as kids?" Well, that's easy, they're orphans 'cause their parents died climbing mountains, so they'll be the best mountain climbers the world's ever seen. And as for why they're at the Smash Castle? Well, they found it in their travels, and it would be a better place to stay than a tent.

I’m really bored so here is some random Super Smash Bros Ultimate headcanons regarding Pichu

The Pichu in Ultimate is not the same Pichu from Meelee,that Pichu went and evolved into Pikachu who took the place in the roster after 64/Meelee Pikachu unfortunate and sudden passing

There are some rumors that Pikachu and Pichu are actually siblings but it isn’t confirmed,they do have a brother like bond though

Pichu is the youngest member of the Smash Ultimate Tournament,being only 8 weeks old when first joining (l know Pokemon age is probably different from human age but let’s not get into that)

Hangs out with Young Link and Roy the most out of all the fighters (that are not Pokemon) mainly because of them being great friends with Meelee Pichu/Pikachu in the past

Really loves Barbecue Sauce,it’s kinda like catnip to him

Most,if not all of the villains of Smash has atleast a very small soft spot for Pichu (especially Sephiroth and Ridley) but this is not much of a good thing as you would think (not to mention the stress and worry most heroic Smashers have over Pichu hanging out with them)

You see,due to still being a Baby Pokemon and in general,carefree and naive,Pichu can be easily influenced by the actions of others he imprinted on

It’s kinda like how Hero and Dark Chao works in the Chao Garden,A Chao can become a Hero Chao when they are cared for for by a hero character (examples:Marth,Samus,Luigi etc) who does kind,heroic deeds and a Chao becomes a Dark Chao when cared for by a Dark character (examples:Like I mentioned above,Sephiroth and Ridley) who tends to get up to mischief

So Pichu is basically a Chao that is constantly switching between Hero and Dark Chao

Much to the frustration of the Heroic fighters,Pichu is often a “Dark Chao” and while the consequences for this may seem small now,effects it will have when Pichu grows older and evolves to a Pikachu will be dire…

Any headcanons about Banjo, Kazooie, and Sora?

The three of them often joke that Banjo & Kazooie count as a sword fighter, a joke that none of the other swordfighters understand. The only clarification they ever get is Kazooie saying "I'm the sword, what's so hard to get, blade-brain?"

SSBU Headcanon/Explanation?

As most of you may know, Steve in his own series cannot place blocks unless they share a face with at least one other block.

In Smash, Steve is no longer limited in this way.

You may also know that barriers are completely invisible, but can be built on just like any other block.

It is for this reason that I propose this headcanon: Every stage in Smash secretly has a wall of barriers just behind where the fighters are. Instead of just building in thin air, Steve uses the barriers as the block his new blocks share a face with.

“But Phox, if there’s a wall of barriers, how do things in the background work, like the Dragoon?”

My answer is a literal hand-wave: Master Hand predicts that one of these things is going to be used, and selectively removes the barriers accordingly. As for how this doesn’t affect Steve’s ability to build, I’ll have to get back to you on that one.

Some uhh handcanons

Crazy Hand

Owns multiple things from Justice or the smash equivalent. Would also buy beanie boos and you can’t change my mind.

Night owl. Enjoys playing the vidyah gaymes and watching cartoons until it’s like 1 o clock in the morning.

Tends to have really weird dreams. Like Lisa Frank flying tiger sort of dreams.

Not really aggressive or angry, just very loud and mischievous. He can be pretty confrontational if you mess with his friends and family tho.

Cries when the dog dies. Or is reunited with family. If it’s an emotional scene he will cry.

Uses jazzercise to decompress.

Causes mayhem but in a harmless sort of way. It’s annoying but he doesn’t usually take it too far n when he does he apologizes.

Gets quieter when scared or upset. Actually prefers not to fight sometimes, and knows when to resort to flight. Doesn’t ever freeze, though.

Doesn’t like Galeem or Dharkon. Messes with the former and avoids the latter.

Anxiety issues. Crumbles under stress rather easily.

Cannot watch horror movies. Just do not. Meanwhile Dharkon is watching Eraserhead again-

Master Hand

Tries to be stoic and responsible but is just as impulsive as his brother, if not more.

Feel free to trash me for this but I must resort to my Hamilton days and say that if CH was Hamilton MH would be Burr. Kind of. Ok not really but it’s the closest thing I can think of.

Early bird. Cooks breakfast half the time. Needs the early hours to plan the events for each day. Just cannot function late at night.

Tried to pull an all nighter once or twice. It didn’t end well. So much coffee and tears... and for what? A little bit of paperwork???

Only wants the Smashers to see him as “Professional Officeman Leader Dude” or “Dad”. Will not let them see “Vulnerable angry fool” or “Broken Shell of a Man”.

This bad boy can fit so much stress and trauma.

Decompresses via boxing/sparring.

Honestly pretty damn confrontational, just hides it by being passive aggressive

Someone force this man to take a vacation.

Angry at Galeem and Dharkon, but the latter’s hurtful words have affected him greatly.

Doesn’t take failure well at all. Imposter’s syndrome and maybe a bit of a savior complex.

Pretty good at cooking. Owns a bunch of cook books. Enjoys cooking with others but the Korb must Stop Eating Everything.

Smash Universe Headcanon/World-Building; Tournament Battles and Fighters

- At any given time, there are always 8 of a Fighter from across the multiverse present in the Smash Mansion. It's rare for all to be needed unless they're doing a massive all-out fight.

- Some Fighters do wear what they wear on a regular basis (Ex, theres a world were Dark Pit wears white and Pit is gothic). Some are asked to change for specific battles or Team battles (via some Hand magic that just manipulates the light around them for a battle or two on their clothes). If they disagree, it's fine as long as they wear a color tag bandanna to differentiate teams.

- Classic Mode is basically a televised medley of fights dubbed an "episode", what is played back on occasion, at night, or just between battles. A Figther goes against 6 Rounds of fights, one after the other with a full heal item between, then faces the Boss of their challenge. Classic typically lasts about 1-1.5 hours, averaging 10 minutes per fight. --- It is considered "pretty cool" to do the medley. --- Unprepared or new Fighters tend to get downed by about their 2nd to 4th fight. These Fighters get to 5th or 6th the third time, then finally beat their bosses the 3rd attempt. --- Bosses are more varied than in Smash Ultimate. The Hands have extreme resources and can magic together a reasonably terrifying copy if they so please. --- Bonus is an after for Fighters who beat their Classic Modes. Its a quick competition among the winners to see their maneuverability.

- On occasion, Turf Wars are held for Fighters to partake in (they're basically glorified paintball games). But when they have a real Turf War, everyone knows, because Of The Hook is hosting and doing announcements for it. Sometimes the Squid Sisters will come in instead, or anywhere from 3 to all 4 will host. --- Some individuals with advanced magic ability can transform into Inklings and Octolings for the real Turf Wars. They tend to need a moment to get their land tentacles right, but fall into the groove easily after they get practice. --- The Hands can do the transformation on Fighters as well, but only if asked. It's not uncommon for the Fighters to back out quickly, since its a very bizarre experience. The Hands can get a little annoyed by it.
