i love the idea of famous jay and cover band matt being still very much themselves but doing a kind of role swap almost where with time, jay engages in the more reckless behaviour and does stupid terrible things for fun and attention, channeling webseries matt (like, a loaded gun is so crazy? lmao? whats that for? such viscerel imagery for Growing Up) and matt is more passive in his household situation, kind of being a grumpy gus sometimes, listening to (and bitching about) their plans instead of making his own, playing his little instrument while he hears them out.

i love all the fics and art of cb matt being a kidnapper but i think there's something to jay actually being the one who, if they were to reunite for real, intiates and does something crazy. i think he would be less in his head. his lifestyle has encouraged him down a more impulsive trajectory. and i think he and matt could be real menaces together, after their intial tension and vomiting of feelings and sorting out of stuff. oh to feel young and crazy again

i like to think jinwoo wouldn’t forsake the earth and humanity, but he would absolutely go on a rampage similar to the one he went on when dongsoo kidnapped and beat jinho to near death, which thomas then tried to justify/excuse. like, just full blown tunnel vision about getting rid of whatever killed hani, be it monarchs or rulers or even another human person. and if it’s because of, say, a new personality coming in… well, let’s say jinwoo is okay with death of personality if he can bring back the last pilot of the meat suit
