Ah, sorry I don’t know how to send a message to Square. Salt had tried to help someone with this before and after a week of messaging Square and everything, Square didn’t do anything to fix this problem.

You can try refreshing the home page until the VIP deal ad shows up can help retrieve the jewels and open up the VIP deal.

If that doesn’t work, you should contact either Google or Apple about the purchase and see if they can refund you.

I’m also asking other members in my party if they know what to do as well, so I’m waiting for their reply.

A JP KHUX player said to go to the pull page for medals and press the pink banner for the 3000 jewel offer, and that should fix the problem.
