The only thing strange about the man is the way he's been staring at the sky for an insurmountable amount of time. He's been there for hours, seemingly unfazed by the weather, wearing a plain but tailored black suit under an unbuttoned leather jacket. He almost seems like he's been waiting for something.

He glances, occasionally, at the passers-by, but always returns his gaze to the sky after a split second. Once in a while, he glances at his phone before returning his hands to his pockets.
