Enjoy a more decadent game day with this smoky queso dip. Sausage, bacon, smoked cheeses, and spices come together to create a flavor explosion that will have your guests begging for more.
Ingredients: 1 lb smoked cheddar cheese, shredded. 1/2 lb smoked gouda cheese, shredded. 1 cup smoked mozzarella cheese, shredded. 1 can 10 oz diced tomatoes with green chilies, drained. 1/2 cup smoked bacon, cooked and crumbled. 1/4 cup smoked jalapeos, diced. 1/2 cup smoked onions, finely chopped. 1/2 cup smoked red bell pepper, diced. 1 cup smoked sausage, diced. 1 cup smoked cream cheese, softened. 1/2 cup smoked half-and-half. 1 teaspoon smoked paprika. 1/2 teaspoon smoked garlic powder. 1/2 teaspoon smoked cumin. Salt and pepper to taste.
Instructions: Set the temperature of your smoker to 250F 120C. Combine the shredded mozzarella, gouda, and cheddar cheeses in a heatproof dish. Toss in chopped onions, diced red bell pepper, diced sausage, diced jalapeos, diced tomatoes with green chilies, and crumbled bacon. Combine smoked cream cheese, smoked half-and-half, paprika, smoked cumin, smoked garlic powder, and salt and pepper in a different bowl. After lightly stirring to combine, pour the cream cheese mixture over the cheese and other ingredients in the dish. After putting the dish in the smoker that has been preheated, smoke it for thirty to forty-five minutes, or until the dip is bubbling, hot, and flavorful with smoke. To guarantee that the cheeses are melting and smoking evenly, stir the dip every now and then. When finished, take it out of the smoker and give it a few minutes to rest before serving. If desired, garnish with extra smoked ingredients. Serve the smoked queso dip with your preferred dippers, such as tortilla chips.
