As festas de final de ano estão chegando, sim o ano de 2021 está acabando, e com as festas vem as as receitas natalinas. Uma das coisas mais importantes da ceia de natal é o famoso peru. Quando preparo o peru, tenho algumas temperaturas que considero importantes. Temperatura do Pit - 150°C a 165°C. Temperatura de finalização do peito - 75°C.
