i think my favorite episode of sailor moon is when the lesbians enter a love your wife competition and sweep the contest but withdraw before the last round because "they already know how true their love is for each other, the competition should be for someone that needs to prove that to their partner"

and then the nerd boy and his cute girlfriend win the contest bc he makes a cute speech that ends in "I'd die for you" and then an evil woman shows up and says "okay die then"

and then the lesbians come back and save the day
