I’m curious about some of your ocs in the fic! Were there any you had planned for a while, or just naturally sprouted as the fic progressed before getting fleshed out? Did any end up different from how you initially planned?
hi! ima be real with you i didn’t plan a single character beyond charjabug and operator. the hotel cast just spawned out of necessity; i also named almost everyone the first common american names i could come up with. nancy, randy, danny, etc. you can kind of see the thought process there (they even rhyme. zero thought whatsoever).
however, as the plot progressed, they each developed their own quirks and mannerisms, and before long they’d become fleshed-out characters. with the most generic US names known to man. what a ride.
