Just look at that Avocado and Berry Smoothie
blueberry, cacao, maca.
I was getting a sweet tooth so smoothie it is. Bottom is coconut milk, banana, Greek yogurt, almond butter, and chocolate protein powder and raspberries. The top part is half of what is listed plus blueberries, spinach and honey.

{unsweetened vanilla almond milk, frozen banana, avocado, kale + mango. topped with @manitobaharvest hemp hearts, @traderjoeslist freeze dried strawbs 🍓 and picky bars smooth caffeinator hazelnut mocha madness}

here’s one of my personal favorites from just after i completed my first round of whole 30 :)
- extra ripe organic banana
- 1/2 cup fresh sliced strawberries
- 1/2 cup fresh raspberries
- heaping spoonful of barney’s “naked” almond butter
- unsweetened vanilla almond milk (start with an 2 - 3 oz and add more or less as needed for your desired consistency - ps: i use trader joe’s brand, i think it’s one of the best!)
jazz it up with some frozen berries, unsweetened coconut or whatever your heart desires. enjoy, babes!
