This S'Mores Fudge is a simple way to enjoy the delicious flavors of s'mores. It's a great treat for any event because it has the rich flavor of chocolate and the classic taste of marshmallows and graham crackers together.
Ingredients: 3 cups semisweet chocolate chips. 1 can 14 ounces sweetened condensed milk. 1/4 cup unsalted butter. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract. 1 1/2 cups mini marshmallows. 1 cup graham cracker crumbs. 1/2 cup milk chocolate chips.
Instructions: Line an 8x8-inch square baking pan with parchment paper, leaving an overhang on two sides for easy removal. In a medium saucepan, combine the semisweet chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, and butter over low heat. Stir continuously until the mixture is smooth and well combined. Remove the saucepan from the heat and stir in the vanilla extract. Fold in 1 cup of mini marshmallows and 1 cup of graham cracker crumbs into the chocolate mixture. Mix until evenly distributed. Pour the fudge mixture into the prepared baking pan and spread it out evenly using a spatula. Sprinkle the remaining 1/2 cup of mini marshmallows and 1/2 cup of milk chocolate chips on top of the fudge. Refrigerate the fudge for at least 2 hours, or until it is set.
