Ingredients: 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs. 1/4 cup granulated sugar. 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted. 1 1/2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips. 1 cup heavy cream. 1 cup mini marshmallows. 1/4 cup milk chocolate chips. 1 tablespoon vegetable oil.
Instructions: Preheat oven to 350F 175C. In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter until well combined. Press the mixture into the bottom and up the sides of a tart pan. Bake the crust for 8-10 minutes, then let it cool completely. In a saucepan, heat heavy cream until it just begins to simmer. Pour hot cream over semi-sweet chocolate chips and let sit for 1-2 minutes. Stir until smooth and pour into the cooled crust. Top with mini marshmallows and refrigerate for at least 1 hour. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt milk chocolate chips with vegetable oil in 30-second intervals until smooth. Drizzle melted chocolate over the chilled tart. Serve and enjoy!
