-Garment photo system now works with web cameras in addition to network cameras. This will work in detailing for individual items using the “Take Photo” button.
- Create a notification if a customer updates delivery instructions.
- Added a setting to show all item details on assembly tickets and order/invoices including spots, description, alterations, special cares, damages, fabric, pattern, colors, and item notes. The settings are called Show Item Details on Ticket and Show Item Details on Order Receipt. They are in the Receipt settings section of the admin System Settings.
- SMRT now requires a customer to add an address before they can complete their route request on the customer site.
- Improved user experience for customer signup / first pickup scheduling.
- Added customer demographic (top spender etc.) to segment data, also ensure custom fields such as birthday and referral source are sent to segment. - Configure what Item Details show on assembly receipts. Please reach out to us to configure this.

- Added capability to organize special cares into subfolders, configured in the new special care Pricelist.
- Manual autopay button improvements: Does not send payment problem email on decline, returned batch term setting should also include orders if all due on the same day are ready.
- Added production setting so you can now use the split order button in detailing to create new orders without linking the orders as a split group. Please reach out to us to configure this. - Fixed issue with scrolling the load list in the delivery app. - Added ability for cash Special Cares to apply on $0 items, except when flagged as alter-only / rejects. Previously, SMRT wouldn't apply cash up-charges if the base price of the item was $0.
