I just discovered cheese for the first time! Oh wow how did I not know this existed before? Is this a gift from god?

I also invented a great snack, plantain chip cheese sandwich, it was super yummy.

I look forward to trying all the cheeses, I hear there are lots.

I also tried beer recently, it makes my froggy fingers go tingly! I think I like it but I need to do more research.

Thug Kitchen recipe #3 Spicy Plantain Chips

These were a nice snack but they did not get nearly as crispy as the book led me to believe. I think dehydrating (at a low temp for a few hours) would be the way to go in the future instead of 20 minutes at 400°F. That being said, the chewy texture they ended up as was kinda cool.

There was a lot of chili powder on the plantains and it burnt a bit in the oven. I would definitely use less chili powder and maybe switch up the spices a bit- add a little sugar or maybe some oregano. With a few adjustments, I would give this recipe a 7/10
