Group work
Okay guys so today we had to do group work in English and all I could think was “here we go again, watch me get stuck with a lousy partner where I do all the work and they do absolutely nothing” then I had the bright idea of just sitting in a desk by myself away from people then the teacher looked at me and said I could work with the pair next to me, which were at a comfortable distance away from me that I did not feel threatened however knowing that maybe they would ostracize me I didn’t expect much. Then they fucking started pulling bags of chips and popcorn from backpacks and the guy said “this is the snack club” and they let me eat with them but I felt guilty since I didn’t have any snack and I’ve never felt so accepted before in a group work. UPDATE: Never mind, I hate it, it was all an act and I hate people again.
