A tasty and healthy fruit parfait made with Greek yogurt, granola, nuts, mixed berries, and honey on top. Good for a quick and tasty breakfast or a snack to cool you down.
Ingredients: 1 cup Greek yogurt. 1/2 cup granola. 1/2 cup mixed berries strawberries, blueberries, raspberries. 2 tablespoons honey. 1/4 cup chopped nuts almonds, walnuts. Fresh mint leaves for garnish.
Instructions: Put 1/4 cup of Greek yogurt at the bottom of a glass or bowl. Place two tablespoons of granola on top of the yogurt. After that, add a handful of mixed berries to the granola. Put one tablespoon of honey on top of the berries. Do this again and again until the bowl or glass is almost full. Add one last layer of yogurt and nuts that have been chopped on top. Add some fresh mint leaves as a garnish. For extra sweetness, drizzle the rest of the honey over the top. Serve right away and enjoy!
