I.... can I ask about the meet cute- due to screwdriver stabbing????
asaasfasd yes of course :’DDD but don’t expect to much half-assed a snippet in class yesterday and decided that I would like to do more with it so I just woke up from a nap and I hope this is coherent but: basically, this whole things starts out when Gerry and Martin meet before the Principals office (for very different reasons) Gerry got called because they want him to do sound and light in the auditorium and Martin because he stabbed someone with a screwdriver (they deserved it) they recognize each other (okay well Gerry recognizes Martin first, Martin is to busy panicking internally because he stabbed someone) because Jon is talking to both of them about the other (Gerry being Jons childhood friend a year above them, Martin is his classmate) and they get talking (cue Gerry being surprised that this very soft looking boy has stabbed someone, he looks way too polite but hey he can get behind the need to stab some bullies) and get along pretty well (why has Jon not introduced them earlier who knows?) For some reason, they keep up meeting like this (this being getting in trouble more or less) Detention: Martin got blamed for something he didn’t do and Gerry might or might not have set a book on fire. Before the Principals office again: Gerry brought his pet snake to school, Martin just needed some paperwork Someone pulled the fire alarm (not them) and they end up standing outside in a similar area One of them gets hurt and ends up at the school nurse where the other already is to get bandaids or smth Seems like destiny wants them to be friends Best part is both think that the other is Jon’s crush (which true) which is bad because they miiight start to like each other while simultaneously having a crush on Jon themselves And feelings are hard And somehow Jon is the one with the braincells here because he is the one who grabs them and is like: Ah well I think we should talk because I get the feeling that there might be some emotions we should talk about And he sounds way to business-like and stuck up and it’s ridiculous and Gerry starts laughing halfway through because: Jon what the hell but anyway that’s it so far hhhhhh,,,,, and if you want to then I can send you the snippet :’)
