I have a bit to expand on your last college tip! When I went to go see how long it took to get from building to building, I went to find where the classroom was. Most buildings have multiple floors, so that's time that needs to be taken account of to get from one building to another. Also some could also being a maze to find your class on your first day, so you know where to go. I always go in my free time the day before a new class starts if it is in a building I don't know. Hope this helps!

this is very true!!!! i honestly forgot to mention that bc a lot of my classes were/are only on the first floor in any buildings i had to go into (and im in the art building most of the time anyway so i know that fairly well at this point)
