If you choose to leave Chris behind to let him rest, then choose for Ash to follow "Jess'" voice, then later choose for Chris for follow "Jess'" voice, he'll find her hat!
poor chris though at that point... bc his bff is off his meds, tried to kill him & probably dead and then he finds his crush’s hat and like theres no way she would just drop that she’s dead. im so glad i didn’t have singe survivor chris i would cry every time.
If Ashley does get snatched by the wendigo and dies Chris eventually gets the same option as Ashley to either stay with the group or follow a voice. If he followed the voice he finds the hat.

lucky when i played, i had the stranger’s handbook and read that wendigo can mimic voices (WE SHOULD ALL DISCUSS THAT SOMETIME) and i was like bitch there is no way jessica is fucking walking after all that shit nope bye bitch good bye.

I’m 90% sure if she follows Jess’s voice and she gets snatched by the wendigo… she loses her hat… Chris would probably come looking for her & find it…
