Mr Souls, name in the correspondence translating to "the spiritual or immaterial part of a being regarded as immortal". Domain largely based in wood and shadows with jars of souls strewn about, many contract-esc papers are kept neatly in a pile. Deals in the trading of souls, law, and objects that would be considered "Royal quality". Some believe that it's also involved with illegal soul trading as well at the Brass embassy.
Crime: Took the souls of others in the High wilderness for it's own benefit and chain-breaking.
