Hello! I’m Noah Moreau/Jackson a non-canon twin brother to Jeff “Joker” Moreau in the Mass Effect Trilogy. I was separated from him around age 9, and grew up primarly on Omega. During the Reaper war I took care of Hilary our half sister! I’m mainly looking for my family and James Vega but anyone who remembers a Joker look alike with either red dyed tips or short spiked hair, please DM me!!
