Indulge in the deliciousness of Snickers candy bars in cupcake form. These cupcakes are rich, chocolatey, and loaded with all the Snickers goodness you love - caramel, peanuts, nougat, and chocolate.
Ingredients: 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour. 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder. 1 1/2 tsp baking powder. 1/2 tsp baking soda. 1/4 tsp salt. 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened. 1 cup granulated sugar. 2 large eggs. 1 tsp vanilla extract. 1 cup whole milk. 1/2 cup chopped peanuts. 1/2 cup caramel sauce. 1/2 cup chocolate chips. 1/2 cup nougat pieces.
Instructions: Preheat your oven to 350F 175C and line a cupcake tin with cupcake liners. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Set aside. In another bowl, cream together the softened butter and granulated sugar until light and fluffy. Add the eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla extract. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, alternating with the milk, beginning and ending with the dry ingredients. Mix until just combined. Fold in the chopped peanuts, caramel sauce, chocolate chips, and nougat pieces into the batter. Divide the batter evenly among the cupcake liners, filling each about 2/3 full. Bake in the preheated oven for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Remove the cupcakes from the oven and let them cool in the tin for 5 minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely. Once the cupcakes are cool, you can optionally drizzle extra caramel sauce and sprinkle chopped peanuts on top for added Snickers flavor. Enjoy your homemade Snickers Cupcakes!

These Decadent Snickers Cupcakes are the best dessert ever. They have a rich chocolate cake inside that is filled with rich chocolate mousse and topped with creamy peanut butter frosting. The chopped Snickers bars give each bite a great crunch and a caramel-peanut flavor.
Ingredients: 1 box chocolate cake mix. 1 cup water. 1/2 cup vegetable oil. 3 large eggs. 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter. 1/2 cup chopped Snickers bars. For Chocolate Mousse Filling:. 1 cup heavy cream. 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips. 1/4 cup powdered sugar. 1 tsp vanilla extract. For Peanut Butter Frosting:. 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened. 1 cup creamy peanut butter. 2 cups powdered sugar. 1/4 cup milk. 1 tsp vanilla extract. Additional Snickers bars for garnish.
Instructions: Warm up the oven to 350F 175C and put paper liners in a cupcake pan. Put the chocolate cake mix, water, vegetable oil, and eggs in a large bowl. Mix everything together well. Add the peanut butter and chopped Snickers bars and mix them into the batter until they are spread out evenly. About two thirds of the way to the top of each cupcake liner, fill it with batter. After the oven is hot, bake the cupcakes for 18 to 20 minutes, or until a toothpick stuck in the middle comes out clean. Fill the cupcakes with chocolate mousse while they are baking. In a bowl that can go in the microwave, melt the chocolate chips. Stir the chips every 30 seconds until the mixture is smooth. Wait until it's cool enough to touch. Mix the powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and heavy cream in a different bowl. Whip them together until stiff peaks form. Once the chocolate has cooled, slowly fold it into the whipped cream until everything is well mixed. After baking, let the cupcakes cool in the pan for a few minutes. Then, move them to a wire rack to cool all the way down. Fill the cupcakes with the chocolate mousse mixture. You can use a piping bag or a knife to do this. To make the peanut butter frosting, mix the softened butter and peanut butter until it is smooth and creamy. Add the powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla extract one cup at a time while beating the frosting until it is light and fluffy. Cover the chocolate mousse filling on top of each cupcake with peanut butter frosting that you pipe or spread. Add more chopped Snickers bars to the top of each cupcake. Serve these sweet Snickers cupcakes and enjoy them!

Snickers Cupcakes (vegan and gluten-free)
For Vanessa's birthday, I knew I had to make something not only vegan and gluten-free so she could actually eat it, but also cute, because she's about the most adorable person I know. I decided on Snickers Cupcakes.
