   Something was strange about this place. It wasn’t the wave world, that much he could tell upon standing upon the synthetically built place. Though the viruses that plagued the place were much akin to those he found on the roads they were still so synthetic in nature. It all almost left a tingly feeling upon his body, as if electricity was bouncing all over him.

   Perhaps, had he seen a Hertz wandering about he would have asked them yet there wasn’t any such things wandering around. In fact, he felt as if he shouldn’t even be here in the sense that he had trespassed onto private property. Which isn’t to say that he cared but it wasn’t his intention. 

   It wasn’t long before he felt a presence behind him. The almost silent shrill of Laplace from its hidden place within Rogue confirmed that. So he turned, almost lazily, to face the solider (NAVI?). Weird. “Hey you there.. Where am I?”

Mephy looked up at Search.  His emerald eyes looking his face over, picking up the hints of confusion.  This was a subject he too that thought about in the past yet he had to think about it again before he could answer.  His expression changed from the usual joy to thoughtful as he pondered it.

After about ten minutes or so, his expression returned to his usual joyful smile as he looked the much taller Navi in the eyes and in a serious yet jovial tone responded,

“Just like you wouldn’t be you without your rifle, I wouldn’t be me without m-my glitch.”
