Post Snk 94 East Sea Clan crack theories

“What if there are Marley’s enemies to the East, aka the East Sea Clan people, living in Marley’s internment zones together with the Eldians?”

So one of the focuses of this post is my suspicion about Pieck having the Eastern bloodline. Let’s begin with this panel:

Can we talk about how short Pieck is? Uhh well, what I’m trying to say is---In my headcanon, the East Sea Clan people are generally shorter comparing with other races including the Eldian and Marleyan. Currently there are only 2 known East Sea Clan members and talking about Mikasa’s mother we can see this:

Hmmm. I can’t say it’s safe to assume that Easterners are generally shorter because there’s only ONE known pure blood member urghhhhhh eeeekkkkk!

Pieck is not the only one suspected by me to have East Sea Clan blood. Another notable mention is Grisha’s mother, who can be seen in the newest chapter:

Now there’s an interesting question. Why the people living in internment zones of Marley need to dress like that? Did Marleyan government force them to do so? What are those hoods and hats for? 

Remember the time when Grisha’s mother is at home without that hood thing?

Snk chapter 86:

And don’t forget the eye color changes of Grisha after he inherits the titan power:

There’s still no explanation about these.

But all these let me go to the path of writing more wild crack East Sea Clan theories---It is so deep and it’s a dungeon. Deeper than the Mariana Trench and there’s no turning point gdi!!!!!

But in the first place, why did the Marleyans put East Sea Clan people into the internment zones? If we try to compare Snk with rl history stuff by googling or go to wiki, it seems that some countries would put people of their enemy countries to the internment zones---not only putting particular races there.

Marley has an enemy in the East.

SNK MANGA THEORY

Based on this, and based on some pictures I’ve seen in the raw, here's a prediction on how this arc will turn out. (Note that it’s like 3 AM where I am so this is a really hastily and poorly written prediction. Maybe I’ll edit it in the future to make it better.)

I think Reiner’s guilt will lead him to fully revoke his “warrior” ways. He’ll still want Eldian freedom, but he’ll no longer believe that killing the wall folk is the way to go about it. Somehow, he’ll end up talking to Falco about these feelings. He’ll convince Falco that once he has the armoured titan’s powers, he should flee Marley and try to make his way to Paradis Island, where he can help the Survey Corps et. al instead.

But a few things will cause Falco to gain the armoured titan’s power prematurely:

1) Gabi’s clearly the most loved among the candidates, the most determined, and the one who’s proven herself to be the best warrior. It’ll be really hard, if not impossible, for Falco to surpass Gabi in the limited time that he has to do so, and to inherit the armoured titan the “right” way. This is especially true since the war with the Mid-East Allied Forces is over, and there are no more opportunities for Falco to prove himself to be superior to Gabi on the battlefield. If Reiner’s still determined to give his power to Falco and not to Gabi, he’ll have to get Falco to eat him before the ceremony where Gabi is scheduled to inherit him, and then run away from Marley to keep the titan power from ever getting into Gabi’s hands.

2) From what I understand, Zeke has one year left. He also has unfinished business with Eren, since the last time he saw Eren he promised to personally return to Paradis Island and “save him.” If he were to do this, he’d probably stir up a lot of shit on Paradis and kill a lot of people in the process, too. Reiner, wanting to right his wrongs and wanting the wall folk to have a happy future after all, will want to go to Paradis and either warn Eren and the others, or help them defend against whatever Zeke and the Marleyans are planning. I’m guessing, though, that for one reason or another Reiner himself will be unable to do so. And thus, he’ll have to give his titan powers to someone else (namely Falco) and have them go help out instead.

3) In the last four chapters, every time I’ve seen Reiner I can’t help but feel like Isayama’s preparing us for a heartbreaking goodbye. I feel like there are so many death flags. My gut says he won’t live to see the end of the arc. My guess is he’ll either die because Falco ate hime, or he’ll be gravely injured/about to die by some other means and he’ll ask Falco to inherit the armoured titan while he still can.

Anyways, there’s my prediction. Tl;dr, Reiner will die in this arc, and Falco will inherit the armoured titan against Marley’s will.

After reading snk chapter 94 I've decided we don't deserve Reiner he is too precious for this world. I mean just look at the situation with carrying Armin's pack in training, he did it because he knows exactly what it's like to be at the bottom of the barrel
