Will you be buying the English guidebook also? FYI, julystorms posted some scans already. I heard other people said there are translation mistakes and I just want to know if you know anything about that and how bad is it. Anyways, thank you for your earlier scanslations efforts! ♥

Hiya anon, sorry for replying a bit late! I assume you meant the English SNK guidebook - and you're very welcome, though I'm a bit embarrassed because I really only scanlated the main Levi page and never actually got around to posting the rest or anything. ^^;

In regards to the translation mistakes, I'm probably not the best person to ask. I don't have the English version (haven't decided yet whether I'll be buying it), and I haven't had the chance to look at the available scans either, never mind compare them. If you have anything specific you want to check, I can try my best to look it up for you. Otherwise, I'm afraid there's nothing concrete I can offer you right now in terms of what mistakes the English version has, if any and how bad.

Overall, I imagine there would be some debate over word choices due to interpretation, but that's to be expected for translation work in general. Language nuance is tricky business at best after all. :P

Oh, and yes, thank you for the FYI! For those of you who are eager to see the scans of the English guidebook, it seems julystorms has posted quite a few. :)

Hi, I heard there's english version of snk guidebook now but can I ask if you'll still translate it or levi's pages?

Hi there! Ah, I just heard about the English release of the guidebook as well, and though I haven’t been checking the tags, there’s probably going to be scans of the guidebook floating about soon enough (if not already). That being the case, it doesn’t seem like it makes much sense for me to attempt  additional scanlations anymore, nor do I think there would be any interest for it.

I had a lot of it mostly done sitting in my drive, with mainly cleaning left to do, so I might play around with edits instead, but that will probably be the extent of it. Besides, official releases deserve all the support. It’s great that there’s an English version, finally. :)

Who do you ship Levi with?

Eeeee, so sorry for taking this long to reply, Anon! Things have been crazy hectic recently and I ended up forgetting I had an outstanding ask. ._.

But hi! I actually don't particularly have ships I feel very strongly about in SnK (Levi or otherwise) yet. I'm probably a bit more partial to Levi/Hange and Erwin/Levi though. They keep growing on me. :)

But honestly, right now I'm just appreciating the variety of ships I come across... I mean, how do you not love some of the stuff that fandom comes up with for Levi ships? I can't even count the number of times my heart has been jerked a hundred different directions or I've laughed over some crack comic or another, and so on. It's all awesome! <3
