I have actually never drawn Jack, David or Sarah so they were a must and Blink, Snoddy and Swifty are here because I wanted them to be (and really I want to draw some more Snoddy in the future so it felt appropriate)

All these are from either behind the scenes pictures or screenshots of the movie as seen here:

Colours I tried to pick from the pictures that had colours but worked more semi-well, but I think I still got some pretty good headshots out of the boys and girl :)

Also yes Blink looks like a sheet of paper but I have used the same colours as in other drawings of him and I will *stick* to it okay (I love his little birthmarks btw)

And Snoddy's freckles also turned out so niceeee

Please note Jack's piercing hole in his ear, it was very noticeable on my reference and it is canon to me now

Newsie: Sleeves

Sleeves is an amateur magician. He wears a walnut brown vest over a striped violet shirt with massive baggy sleeves, and a silver cap.

The baggy sleeves aren't just for show. He has a a few tricks up his sleeves.

His nose is constantly runny like fellow snotty Newsie, Snoddy.

He takes care of this mucal issue with his first trick, by pulling out clean handkerchiefs from one baggy sleeve and making used ones disappear in the other.

His other trick involves projecting his mind to another place whenever he's stuck in a boring conversation.
