Is it weird to say that I can legitimize Meckaneck’s existence in MOTU, but NOT Snoutspout?
Like, Mekaneck is dumb as all hell like MANY gimmic-based figures, but at least I under-STAND his origin: got his neck broken, Man-At-Arms fixed it while also giving him super extendo-powers and super vision, simple. THEN-there’s Snoutspout-
-Robo-Ganesh himself, a simple farmer who was kidnapped...by Hordak...whom he turned into a cyborg Elephant man who could spray water and ice...who defected to become a fireman...waaaaaaaaaaah?!
Like I know the REAL reason he exists, to be both an action figure AND a water squirter, its a BRILLIANT toy, but they also proooooooooooobably should’ve thought better with the origin.
Honestly I think it would’ve made more sense if he was made by Man-At-Arms like Meckaneck was, given how random his inventions are. Maybe he was a normal fireman whose respiratory system got messed up so Duncan gave him like, a SUPER nose that allowed him to breath through anything, AS WELL as give him water spitting powers because he knew he’d still want to fight fires.
THAT origin I’d be okay with, like by all means, make a cyborg elephant fireman, but give him an origin that makes SENSE.
