The two main characters for my cartoon idea, “Snowhaven”, an animated thriller about a ghost and a psychic tracking down a serial killer named, “The Owl” while solving mysteries in their town!
Blanche is a ghost with the power to control the temperature- she can make things so cold, she can’t be touched with bare hands! Because of strange circumstances, Blanche is able to move between the mortal world and The Spirit Realm, a reflection of the mortal world where ghosts live. She’s typically very soft-spoken, but she’s not afraid to stand up for herself when she needs to. She enlists Trevor’s help when she realizes The Owl has become active again, and they’re partners!
Trevor possesses the ability of pyrokinesis- he can start and control fire. A troubled kid, he is the town outcast with a bad attitude to go with it. After his girlfriend is murdered by The Owl, he joins Blanche in her manhunt, using his powers of sensitivity and the Diary of Berith: a strange, magic tome that can control spirits and the undead.
They uh... don’t really get along at first, for obvious reasons. But over time, they develop a strong, brother-sister bond that will hopefully be their saving grace.
