Origin!Anais

Thank you so much @inkher0 for the commission! I love your interpretation of Anais + giving her a gift as an extra piece. Ngl I would have struggled to come up with anything at all

Anyways, I wrote some headcanons down with some lore. Things might change due to the ongoing uploads or if something doesn’t fit with the canon of the services. I’m trying to keep things simple and fun ^^ Be sure to check out the source where she was based on:

Lore

Sooo, Anais is one of the Operator’s favorite creations (thank you Hero ^^). She’s one of the youngest and sometimes runs to random places.

Despite having a 'relatively normal' life before becoming a proxy, Anais doesn't remember much. She doesn't recall much about her 'parents' either. All she remembers was joining the Tall Man's game and being transported to the Ark.

Something something... alleyway... stalked by man... 'close your eyes'... big red stain on the wall... Anais is okay! :D

Gift

Her gift consists of a supernatural commune. She can basically communicate with spirits that aren't like the ones in the Ark. Anais can also put them into vessels like bottles and stuff.

I thought it would be funny to imagine she can 'tame' some of the ghosts and just have 'Jojo's Bizarre Adventure stand' kind of relationship with them. Maybe have pokemon-like battles with rival ghosts idk

~~~ Headcanons

I think she would genuinely get along with The Bartender. They see her as a daughter. (Canon Bartender lore-type stuff)

She has beef with Bloody Painter because he criticized her arts and crafts too harshly.

Anais ‘might’ be one of the Witch’s favorite girls in the Supernatural Dep. I don’t know what weird shenanigans go on in there.

In her mind, The Doll was a legit regal member of Europe back in her day and sorta flows with it. She would address her as "madam", "mistress" or "lady" whenever she could.
