I read an article about who savitar is, they said that most likely its not someone we would expect, and its not like before where we are getting hints or anything. And its not someone we may know. But here is some ideas:

1. Cisco; he can travel throughout the speed force, and also vibe, and barry did hurt him in the past before, he took away his brother, took away some things, but did not mean to, so maybe Cisco

2. Barry; maybe its him, because maybe it was barry from the other timeline, remember when barry made a time remnant, and caused the 2nd barry to disappear, in season 2x23? maybe its him...

3. HR,; I really don't think its him, but who knows at this point lol

4. Jay Garrick; maybe its him, because he was the future flash from the other planet, earth 3, and he did kind of trap him in there, if you think about it, like he did kind of put jay inside the speed force. maybe that drew him crazy!

5 I would least expect it to be Ronnie ,because he sacrificed his life to save barry, then he just kind of left him in the whorl pool, and as you can see he saves Caitlin, and lets her become killer frost, and everyone else is just done...

6. This is really going out, but maybe its one of the dominators, or something idk

7. MAYBE ITS NO ONE, maybe under the mask is really just someone we don't know....
