the truth about forever is my fave because WES, but i really love along for the ride. also, it’s scary how i could tell that from the TINY bit of it you can see. but i knew. i just knew.
Ahhh rightt, I remember talking about it when you did that DFFL post about Along for the Ride. They didn't have truth about forever, sadface. Another one I haven't read.
Although now I think of it, my sister might have a copy of it. Must investigate when I get home.

Dally <3. But yeah, I'm basically focusing on how they go about that meaning-making, through this weird see-saw between speaking up and staying silent. I just can't make it cohere as much as I'd like because I don't have time to do a point-by-point textual analysis--just sketching out a very quick argument.

having seen it twice in NY now, and having watched clips of hugh REPEATEDLY, i can say that a lot of the stage direction is the same as far as the characters go, but the actors themselves inject a bit…more into it and i LOVE IT SO MUCH
I try to keep tabs on what the "standard" is so I can pick out the differences, but I need to watch more versions. [sigh] Starting with Laird, haha.

1. I love my eyes. I love my eyes because they totally change colors. They do. It is a thing and it happens and I love them. I especially love to put eyeshadow, liner, and mascara on my eyes. lol

3. I love that I have massive patience because it's something I need to have for my job or I would have been fired long ago.
4. I love my sense of humor. I am actually hilarious.

basiaaaaa you’re gonna make me blush. um. okay. as you know—you’re this way yourself—i’m not exactly the best at talking about myself, like, ever, so. let’s see here.
I can write. Not always, and definitely not always well, and fiction is kind of a weak point (but I’m working on it)—but I know I can.
I look damn good when I wear red lipstick. This is something I learned this summer and I’m really glad I’ve actually… embraced that? As much as I enjoy getting dressed up and looking nice, I’m also always hyperaware of how I look or how people perceive me—or really how I think people are perceiving me—so for me to actually just stop worrying about that so much and just go with the red lipstick because, dash it all, I really like red lipstick—that was a big step for me.
My notebooks. Is that weird? I started doodling on notebooks a few years ago and it became an odd hobby that I sometimes make money from (thank you, Etsy).
… MY NAME! HA! I love my name. My name is awesome (mostly because Flannery O’Connor was awesome).
… my stubbornness. It’s a family trait, and while it can be bad for me—mostly it does me a lot of good.
