It's peak allergy season here....I went on a walk with my friends and dear god...
He has hayfever. He started the walk sniffling, voice bunged up and playing with his nose every now and then. He was complaining about the pollen and how itchy his nose was and how the Benadryl wasn't working.
Then we walked through a field and that really set him off. It was like the dam had been opened. He could NOT STOP SNEEZING. And it wasn't just me counting them, we counted them together- 1...2..3.. all the way up to 32!!
His eyes were streaming too at this point so he asked for us to turn back and we went into Lidl to get some decongestant spray. The man behind the till saw what he was buying, saw the amount of times he was sneezing as he walked through the store and said-
"The pollen's crazy this year isn't it."
